Orders are packed and posted off within 1-3 business days, with Fastway Couriers or Australia Post,
postage time depends on your area.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Please note, we do not offer refunds.
If you receive a faulty product we will issue you with a replacement, store credit or endeavour to have the item repaired; we must be notified with proof of damage within 7 days from the date of goods received. Please email proof of damaged goods to - firstname.lastname@example.org, any claims received after this this time frame will not be considered.
Exchanges can be made within 14 days from the date of goods received, providing the item/items are unused and in original condition with original tags and packaging (if applicable). Return postage is at the cost of the customer as well as postage costs for exchanged/new orders. If we do not have the item in stock you wish to exchange we will issue you with a store credit.
